Dr. Olesya Salathe’s story is one of resilience and dedication. She immigrated to the United States at the age of eight, seeking new opportunities with her family. Today, she resides on a serene ranch in Oregon with her husband, where they host guests at their Airbnb, enjoy horseback riding, and raise their two high school children.

As a Kois-trained dentist, Dr. Salathe is at the forefront of modern dentistry, mastering advanced techniques and evidence-based approaches. Her expertise spans full-mouth rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, and specialty care. Under her leadership, Salathe Dental has become a certified Digital Smile Design (DSD) clinic, where cutting-edge technology meets artistry to create individualized, stunning smiles.

Evelin is a recent graduate of Chemeketa Community College and, like Jeni, completed her dental assisting externship at The Dentist off Main. She now splits her time between both offices each week. Evelin is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves kayaking, horseback riding, and hiking—perfectly balancing adventure and peace.

Jeni began her career at The Dentist off Main during her dental assisting externship, which she completed through Chemeketa. As the Salathe Dental team grew, Jeni joined the team in West Linn. She is passionate about helping people achieve healthy, beautiful smiles and finds it incredibly rewarding to positively impact someone’s confidence and oral health. Outside of work, Jeni loves spending time with her dogs and family, enjoys cooking, and loves exploring new places through travel. She says, “Every day is an opportunity for me to learn something new and connect with people!”

Dental Director

Alex joined Dr. Salathe’s family practice team at The Dentist off Main (formerly known as Northwest Dental) in Molalla in 2015 as the patient care coordinator. Over time, she transitioned into the role of office manager, eventually accompanying Dr. Salathe to West Linn as her manager and case coordinator. Today, Alex serves as the Dental Director, overseeing all administrative aspects of the patient treatment journey at Salathe Dental. You can also find her at The Dentist off Main on Mondays and Thursdays. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her family and traveling whenever possible.

Rebecca joined the Salathe Dental team in December 2024 with over 29 years of experience in the dental field. She began her career as a dental assistant at an oral surgery office before transitioning to an administrative role in the front office. Rebecca enjoys meeting new people and getting to know all of our patients. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her close-knit family, hiking, boating, biking, attending her granddaughter’s sports events, trying new restaurants, and cherishing time with her new grandbaby.

Hygienist

Bailey began her dental career as an orthodontic assistant after graduating high school. She went on to attend Mt. Hood Community College, graduating in 2015, and joined The Dentist off Main team in 2017 as a dental hygienist. You’ll find Bailey at Salathe Dental on Wednesdays, offering dental cleanings, x-rays, and more. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, doing Orange Theory, reading, and camping at the dunes.
